Investment Criteria

We consider companies from diverse industries that have a proof of concept and are seeking growth capital. We like founders with strong experience and contacts in their target industry. Additionally, we are looking for companies that have a clear path to exit.

Stage

Seed, A and B rounds.

Round Size

Companies that apply to us for funding are typically raising $250,000 to $2 million. Primary uses of funds will be: engineering, sales, marketing, distribution and growth related activities.

Portfolio Companies

Our Investment Participation

Point Reyes Management provides early stage companies with investment ranging from $50,000 to $250,000. In 2014 we established the E Fund® to hold our investments in early stage ventures.
