We target value-add properties requiring capital investment for minor to substantial rehab or properties that are under-performing due to ownership or management or market related issues. We seek to make our properties best in class.

 

Special Situations

Properties that have unique challenges or complex financing situations are welcome targets as well. 

 

Modern Austin

The Principals of Point Reyes Management purchased the Modern Austin portfolio in 2008, a home builder dedicated to bringing the best in contemporary residential design to mid-priced single family home buyers in and around Austin, Texas. These modern homes are nestled between Lake Austin and Lake Travis in the wooded hills of funky and eclectic Apache Shores, as well as Lakeway overlooking Hurst Creek. In the summer of 2015 we completed the sale of the Modern Austin portfolio.
