Acquisition of Woodcreek Village Apartments

We are pleased to announce our first (note the photo) multifamily acquisition in Houston, Texas. At the end of December we acquired a 42 unit property in North Houston called Woodcreek Village Apartments. Although small in stature this transaction required a lot of work for our team and getting it closed two days before Christmas was no small feat! We are planning many upgrades to the property that we feel will enhance the small community nature of the property and that residents will greatly appreciate our attention to detail (see previous post). We are very excited to embark on this journey and are actively looking for more properties to acquire and grow our budding portfolio.
