Acquisition of Crystal Falls Apartments

Point Reyes Management, LLC is pleased to announce our second multifamily acquisition in Houston, Texas. In mid-June we acquired a 165 unit property in Houston, TX called Crystal Falls Apartments. We are planning many upgrades to the property that we feel will enhance the already wonderful nature of the property. These upgrades will provide value to the existing tenants and will also aid in bringing new tenants into the community. This is our second acquisition in six months and we continue to pursue more opportunities in the Houston market.
