SF Elevator Pitch - March 2015

Sophia Collier, Principal of Point Reyes Management participated in the panel at San Francisco ElevatorPitch, a series of monthly pitch events for seed stage entrepreneurs. The panel also included angel investors Scott Russell, Neal Strickberger, Eric Ferraro and moderator Max Shapiro, CEO of PeopleConnect Staffing.

Over 60 entrepreneurs attended the March 4th event at the Runway incubator located in the Twitter Building at 1355 Market St. in San Francisco. The panel listened to a 2-minute elevator pitch from each presenter and provided thoughtful feedback on the presentation, value proposition and whether it resonated with them as an investment opportunity.

Presenters included: Attractive Properties, Favorize, ModoPayments, TerraProjects, Inferess, Tip-Him and Wahpoo. Congratulations to ModoPayments, a payments platform built for mobile, for winning first place based on the panel vote. The runner-up was Tip-Him, a mobile application that will allow establishments to tip taxi drivers for referring customers.
